Chloe Stephens

I have overcome self esteem issues to be where I am today. At the age of 11 my dreams were shattered when I suffered a leg injury resulting in me having to give up all the activities I loved, being 5′ 2” I could have perhaps made a gymnast or a dancer. I spent my teenage years unable to exercise on the doctors orders and this led to me rebelling and being a negative, unhappy person who thought the world was out to get me – to cut a long story short, at the age of 18 after the birth of my first baby I tried my very first aerobics class and was hooked and amazed that my leg was surprisingly ok!

I went on to train as a group exercise coach, this moved into pilates training and 3 years ago I started to gain a real interest for nutrition…. I haven't looked back i’ve been running highly successful bootcamp programmes for the past 2 years… my passion is helping and encouraging women to be the best they can be… once they realise their true potential anything is possible... I constantly have clients telling me how I have ‘changed their life‘.

Nowadays I am a very positive person. I wish I had discovered this confidence and positivity years ago, but I believe that this is why I am able to encourage, guide and inspire others to feel, look and be their best.
